Step 1 : Check Email

Eligible voters will receive an email from ElectionBuddy with their personal credentials and link to the voting website. This email will be sent out 30 minutes prior to the meeting every day. If it does not appear in your inbox, you may need to check your Clutter, Spam, or Junk folders just in case the email was directed to these areas.

The email will contain your credentials which is comprised of a 6 digit access key and a 4 digit password. Please ensure that you keep this confidential, do NOT share with other.

Click on the link to vote to go to the ElectionBuddy voting website.

Step 2 : Login

Use the credentials from the email received to log into the election website. Enter your 6 digit access key and 4 digit password in the appropriate areas. Then click on “Authenticate”.

Step 3 : Select Option

After logging in, if there is an active vote in process, you will be presented with the ballot with the motion to vote on. Select by clicking on one of the options provided according to how you wish to vote. Typically you will be presented with 2 options, Yes or No.

Step 4 : Verify Selection

Next, click on “Verify your selection” which will take you to a screen that allows you to review your selection before casting your ballot. Check to ensure that the option presented on this screen is how you intend to vote. If you would like to make changes, you may click on the “Edit ballot” button and return to Step 3 where you select another option.

Step 5 : Submit Ballot

The last step in casting your vote is to click on “Submit Ballot”. This will finalize your vote and you will be presented with a confirmation screen with a unique verification code. Your vote has been cast and cannot be changed.

Step 6 : Select Next Vote

After reviewing your confirmation message, click on the “Next Vote” button that will take you to a waiting area for the next available vote. Please DO NOT close your web browser. Whenever a subsequent vote is ready to be taken, a button to access the new ballot will automatically appear here.
