• What should I do if I did not receive an email notice from ElectionBuddy with my credentials?

  Firstly, check your Clutter, Spam, or Junk mail folders to see if the notice went to those areas.

  If your spam filter has blocked or deleted your email notice and you are not able to recover it, you may contact the election administrator and request that another notice be sent. Please do so after you have adjusted your spam filter settings to allow Electionbuddy emails.

  To help avoid an undelivered notice:

  • Add invitations@mail.electionbuddy.com to your contact list
  • Ask the technical person who administers your email server to add https://electionbuddy.com to their whitelist
  • Ask the technical person to whitelist our IP address which is: 147.253.212.171
• How do I vote?

• Can anyone know how I voted?

  No. With ElectionBuddy’s Secret Ballots, no one including election administrators or technical staff is able to tell how you voted.

• Can I change my vote?

  No, you cannot change your vote once you have submitted it, regardless of whether the election is still open for voting.

  Once your vote is cast, it is tallied within ElectionBuddy and is included in the voter results. It would be the same if you voted in any government election. We ask you to verify your choices before you submit your ballot precisely because you cannot change your vote once it is has been submitted.
